Firehouse Subs Dania Pointe

The food is great, but the wait times are excessive. Each time I visit this firehouse, I find myself waiting between 20 and 30 minutes, likely due to being understaffed. The staff seems overwhelmed. On my last visit, there was only one person working, and no one else was there to assist. They really need to hire more employees.

After someone brought me a truthahn sub from a firehouse sub, I was so happy and satisfied, so I decided to go to a firehouse sub near me. I finally decided to order online for pickup and they had no truthahn. also my lower part was soggy, I'm a little disappointed. my second experience was not as good as the first. not worth the price. I could try another place next time.

Call in an order 8 minutes before arrival. They said they had the meat ready, but don't start with it so it wouldn't be so bad. I came and paid.... It took 8 minutes to prepare my sandwich. You didn't put the pimple in. They wanted to tell me they were from hot sauce because the container they used was empty. Not impressed.

If you decide to eat here simply know that the service is extremely slow, the restaurant floor is dirty and immaculate, and the staff are not the friendly. I waited about 15-20 minutes just for a simple Italian subs with hardly any mosquitoes inside. I'm very disappointed at these Firehouse Subs!

I LOUDLY AND CLEARLY SAID NO TOMATOES ON MY TURKEY BACON RANCH. AND TO BE CUT INTO THREES. INSTEAD I GOT DIJON MUSTARD Instead OF PEPPERCORN RANCH. THERES TOMATO ON MY SUB. AND IT TOOK 13 MIN FOR 3 EMPLOYEES TO COMPLETE THE ORDER. This is why I haven't been here since July 2021. It's always a issue. That doesn't make sense. I'll never be back at this time. I might not be back at all again for a few months.
