Philly Cheese Steak - Danville

The food at this restaurant is always good, but there is a problem with the older lady who works there. The last time I visited, she became angry and started throwing things when I asked for ranch dressing.

I found a hair in my chicken Philly sandwich. Customer service was also terrible. When I asked for ranch dressing, the person behind the counter acted as if it was a huge inconvenience. I will not be returning.

The food is incredibly tasty and consistently fresh! The customer service is amazing and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.

A small joint with a big impact. The service is always attentive, and kind. The food is on point. There are a lot of places to choose from, but it Danville, this place should be in your top 2. Keep it local and keep it open.

This is a real philly cheesesteak. That being said, the one girl who takes the orders is seriously one of the rudest people i’ve ever heard of. I’m not sure if she is an employee or owner, but you WILL be in a very aggressive environment if she’s there, no matter how kind you are. I still think the food is worth a shot, so this is more of a warning than a “bad review”. Worth trying but just be prepared for this possible negative interaction and don’t take it personal
