Hooters - Daphne

Not very busy on a Saturday night. The waiter was good. The food took almost 45 minutes to get out. My belief was that the football matches distract the chefs a little too much (as a few members of the kitchen staff came from the kitchen to watch the game for a few minutes). The manager came from the office area for about 2-3 minutes to talk to the hostess, then back to the office. Since currently no more than 7 or 8 tables are served, I thought it would have been good for him to check on current customers. *A cave* This can be an unpopular opinion, but Hooters wings are not the same as before. My wings (although they tasted well) reminded me of the little fried chicken legs you would see on a Chinese buffet, but then they were immersed in hot sauce. They had too much on them.

Not used to post a bad review so this is not easy. Especially when it is a place, we have visited. Visited this particular location after not for a while. Was not recognized after walking, although noticed they brought you earlier to a reception. Had a place after 5 10 minutes a server appeared while everyone else laughed, joking, went out for smoke breaks etc. Second surprise was the lack of cleanliness... tables, floor windows. We decided to deny it, as we had only assumed that there was an earlier rush of servers to help. After we checked the menu, it was not only hard to read due to the pressure that the articles were marked, we were more than willing to order everything not only drinks since we had waited. We waited again when the server forgot her pad... Since we Hooter Original Daytona Wing lovers we were ready! We were very disappointed. Not only the wings that had no sauce crisis, they had a very strange vinegar taste. When we were able to locate our server, we asked for an additional sauce to compare only what was on the Verse wings in a container OR they mistakenly used the wrong sauce. It's happening. It was AWFUL. NOT sure IF there was a change of recipe when someone's 't mix the ingredients correctly, or the sauce was old....BUT they were NOT the same as they have been for years. Very disappointed. They have also changed the onion rings, which were always great, no longer offer the tower. Now they are shameful, cheap from the brand frozen over boiled. We were never offered refills or we could locate the server several times or we would have shared our concerns. And believe me that a male is very singing. We just gave up. It's disappointing since we've been all Hooter Wing Lovers in FL MANY years ago. We have visited MANY sites over the years have disappointed NIE. It was always consistent. We will not return to this place by service, cleanliness poor food quality. It wasn't worth what we spent. I hope they can get things back to... It's a shame because Hooters is usually a big place for wings.

We probably ordered on a Saturday night when this crew was deep inside. My husband wasn't aware of the whole order, so he didn't know to look for the chocolate cake I added. This is my fault, but this place went beyond and beyond to make it right. To the wings. I stood at my kitchen counter where my husband sat the bag, and I swallowed 10 wings without as much as a breath. They were absolutely amazing and I regret nothing. The food was 5 stars easy! Staff and management earn 10 stars? Thank you.

Unfortunately this was a terrible first experience for 2 of the 4 families, 15 people, we invited to dinner last night. We all drove all day of Ohio, that was the first meal of the day, so everyone was super hungry. The first family order came out in the right time, but they sat there waiting for everyone else to eat them. Over an hour later, the rest only started a little when he got out.. To round it off, we had a gluten-free grilled chicken tender order. It wasn't at all, fried chicken wings. She could've been sick. Then it was said that they could make grilled chicken teeth.... Waitess was new and beautiful and tried really hard to make things right!! So sad as there were only 1 person who made food, others standing around. We've seen a waitress get her tempo check and went home. Then she comes to help bring food to our tables and was not very nice to us or the waitress she helped!!!

Showed up at 730pm did not get drinks till 8:00pm , pitcher of beer was sitting at bar for 15min. Food did not come out till 8:30-8:45 , one cook fixing food the other two was going out back door was some of the girls. Food was not cooked to order for a gluten from person like was requested . Management was going out side instead of worrying about his customers. We was not the only people that was upset with the time it took. I will never go back to this restaurant ?. I have been to a lot of different Hooters and never have had service this bad.
