Chili's Grill - Darby Township

I had a very upsetting experience while dining at Chili's on 3/27/2024. A homeless person was brought into the restaurant and given leftover food to eat, while staff members laughed at her. The situation worsened when she attempted to take food from another customer's plate and was forcefully pushed to the ground by what seemed to be the manager. The entire incident was troubling and disheartening, and I cannot endorse a restaurant that mistreats individuals in such a cruel way. I will not be returning to this specific Chili's location and will advise others to avoid it as well.

The staff at the restaurant was both friendly and attentive. The food and drinks met our expectations and the prices were very reasonable.
