They do no have all items that are listed in the menu as available. I drove from far to get funnel cakes because is listed as “active item on the menu”, after I waited a long time in a line that was barely long, about 20-30 mins waiting in that line, there was no funnel cake to be sold.

This man sold me a cold beef pattie like how is it cold when yall just opened never again they are selling old patties from the day before

Been going here for years and the service has always been LOVE. Always friendly and smiling. Waterice is TOP TIER the best in philly tbh. Prices are fine.Kid-friendliness: They talk to the kids and never mean towards them

Best water ice I've had in my 40 years of eating water ice. They have every flavor you can think of.

My husband is a Philly native and has his preference of water ice establishments. But we found this one closer to the house and he was satisfied. We’ve tried a few places and this one is the best in the northeast. The only downside was they said the funnel cake would take 15mins. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because they didn’t have funnel cake made in a shorter amount of time. But the water ice is DEFINITELY 5 stars!!! The watermelon flavor as well as blueberry is vibrant and not watered down.
