Illy Caffè - Darby Township

Their machine took a tip from me. I didn't touch their screen to accept it and it took it anyway. The guy at the register basically told me to go pound sand. Give me my two bucks back.

Very rude staff.. the first place in any airport across the states, that charges $4 for hot water, if you need it in your own cup.

Well what can I say about this place. Everything is bad about this except the name of the cafe ! Food tastes stale .How can someone eat cold and hard croissants? No idea. People are not so friendly too! Mocha tasted like a coffee made by amateur. I didn’t taste the mocha sauce at all ! Utterly overpriced. I guess I should have walked to Dunkin’ Donuts few steps ahead and took my coffee . Please please don’t get tempted with a little fancy appearance than Dunkin’ Donuts .I have always loved illy cafe and by far the worst cafe . Please illy people or PhL airport people take some actions on this place and get this improved

Prepare to overpay for poor food. Just go to the Dunkin a few steps away instead. $5 for a stale croissant, not even heated. No option to get a regular size any drink, only large, so it will be $1.50 more than you planned to spend. You can order regular but they just ring you up for a large at the register and tell you that's the only size. Most drinks hover around $5 already.

Wow! Such a badly run setup. Asked for regular coffee and then was charged for a large. There prices on the wall for regular or large but "Sorri, only large "Then tried to get a sandwich and all the prices have been scratched out on the labels. Good sandwich but dodgy people.Really brings down the Illy image.Rather move along to another eatery.
