Kpot Korean Bbq Hot Pot

The food was fine until we realized condensation was falling from the vent above us landing on me and in our food. Our waitress (Fanny), who was very warm and kind, called her manager who acknowledged the problem but promptly dismissed it. We requested a discount and she was only willing to take off the drinks, because we ate a substantial amount. When we received the check, she only took off the 2/4 drinks. I will not be returning and would suggest no one else to return. To top things off, I started getting a scratchy throat and running nose the next day...

Fun place for a date night. Can be overwhelming with all the choices but it was yummy

The food is always delicious. Going for lunch is the best option, you get good meats it’s a bit cheaper. The service is always quick my servers have been nice every time. If you are down to cook your own food do the whole Korean BBQ K-Pot experience, this is a good place to go to lastly, its super cute inside!

The service was prompt, and Chiy’s positive attitude enhanced our dining experience. I hope to see him again on our next visit.

I love Kpot and was actually surprised to find that they were a chain. Vast options, full bar, good quality and reasonable price all makes coming here a great time. Couple that with the knowledgeable and attentive staff and there's a reason why we go here almost monthly.
