Original George's Burgers

I always order from George’s the burgers and tacos are the best, my FIRST time ordering a cheese steak with mushrooms and cheese wiz and I got CHOPPED meat and a sprinkle of mushroom BITS and a SQUIRT of something that definitely was not wiz!!! This is PHILLY HOW DO YOU MISS THE MARK?!?!?

Not a big reviewer but when I feel deserved I’ve gotta take the time to let it be known .. I order from George’s burgers all the time and the phone girls have always been great well spoken very nice on the phone but recently the past 3 times I’ve called I’ve gotten this AMAZING WOMAN on the phone She is FAST She is Very Respectful And PATIENCE she rereads my large Picky detailed order back to me perfect never a mistake I personally work in customer service an it is so rare to come across Customer service like this I love calling an getting her after I ordered I had to let her know how great she truly is because it’s hard to come by so I found out her name is “Diana” she happened to be the manager which shocked me but didn’t it did because she sounds so young but not surprised because of her phone etiquette I told her boss don’t let her go that girl deserves a RAISE lol .. DIANA YOU ARE AMAZING TYSM FOR BEING U TRULY U Rock !! Also THE FOOD IS ALWAYS GREAT GREAT PORTIONS ALWAYS QUALITY COMES FAST AN NEVER A MESS UP SERVICE LIKE THIS IS HARD TO COME BY ESPECIALLY THESE DAYS SO PLEASE IF UR GONNA SPEND UR HARD EARNED MONEY spend it there

The breakfast sandwiches I ordered were awful!! The person that took the order barely understood my order. I specifically ordered bacon on 2 sandwiches, and those sandwiches came plain with no bacon. There egg, cheese and bacon sandwich is exactly the same as an omelette. I ordered a veggie omelette with ham cooked with the omelette. I got my omelette with slice cold ham wrapped in aluminum foil on the side. WTH is going on over there????

Good pricing, interesting burgers. My friends and I have enjoyed their Buffalo burgers. (Fair warning: ask them what’s in the burger because like this one, it could be more than you realize. We enjoyed it tho.

I ordered two kids meals one being a grilled cheese with added ham. They delivered the incorrect food the first time and when I called the resent the sandwich only out. They explained to me beforehand that j needed to give the driver back the kids meal that was incorrect and I did that only to discover I was not sent out more fries. Now I have missing fries to the meal and the other fries would’ve been cold from waiting on the new order regardless. I’m very disappointed with the communication and service here.
