Red Robin Gourmet Burgers In West Cov

1st visit I don't understand why they suggested the seat next to the restroom and table was kinda small for 3 orders. I hope they could ask me to change the seat if we order more than 2 dishes. 2nd visit Still give us seat very corner even though there are many seats available. I wanted to use birthday coupon. Waitress checked my phone number on the device at my table. I thought it already applied to my order. My friend treated the lunch today. After we left the restaurant and went home, I just found out they charged for free burger of birthday. I think the waitress was very careless. Very unpleasant.

Went to the one in West Covina and the service and staff were great but the food just wasn't a good a it has been in the past could be due to being there shortly after they opened but still could had been better I will go back because as I said first time I didn't enjoy the food

He French fries and PERFECT like better than my grandmas cooking, better that Hell’s Kitchen (the place that Gordon Ramsay owns) better than ratatouille and I LOVE going here on my birthdays it’s so calm except the waiting time is a bit long but it’s worth it

Inflation inflation! Everything was good the food was great the servers are very friendly and helpful, although the bill sounds outrageous 86$ for 3 people?? It wasn’t even a fancy restaurant! Years ago the bills are around 35 45 but 86$? We won’t come back
