Love Ribs R US. Always good service, good food, and a good quantity of food. See you guys again soon? Went back to Rib R Us and it is as good as ever. Love the way they package it.

Food is good but the guy who answers the phone is rude. Maybe get someone to specifically answer the phones who's pleasant. I ordered Uber eats and wanted to change something on my order but the app doesn't give you the option so I called as soon as I placed the order. The guy had me on hold for 5 mins and when he finally got back I told him what I wanted to change he proceeded to tell me I called too late but I didn't you had me on hold as soon as I called! He changed it but his attitude wasn't good. Get someone nicer to answer the phones.

Food quality a negative 5 star! This is so sad...the price and what they give you for what you pay is a FOOD CRIME! Places like this should be immediately shut down by the community and the city! What a disappointment!

I’ve ordered from here several times! I’m a Chef and avid foodie. My last order from here was a very unpleasant one! The ribs were not fresh at all! They tasted old/like yesterday old, and a little dry! They dowsed it in bbq sauce to thinking it would go in-noticed! We might have to take our business elsewhere! No consistency here! MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!

Win: The RIBS were hands down the best I’ve had. With a mix of mild and hot sauces the tender ribs were a delight to enjoy. Definitely worth having a slab to take home again.Neutral: I had the Collards, which were a balance of savory and sweet. Meat free. They were also chopped really fine tho.Loss: The Mac and cheese was sub par and way too busy. It was like a pasteurized process orange cheese seasoning (butter) and unknown noodle mix of sorts.Those ribs deserve a straightforward no frills classic Sunday dinner baked Mac and cheese (milk, egg, butter, macaroni, cubes or grated cheese)
