Sweet T's Bakery Snack Shop

Lots of sweet potato goodies: pie, cheesecake, pound cake, cupcakes. There were a few other flavours of mini pie as well. I couldn’t decide between a the pie and the pound cake, but since the pies are only sold in packs of 2 and I was just buying for myself, I went for the pound cake, which I was very happy with. It wasn’t too sweet or oily (a lot of the desserts in the market looked like they were going to be both of these, so this was a relief to find), had a dense but tender texture, and mellow but very pleasant and natural sweet potato flavour. Even though it was a big piece of cake it didn’t sit too heavy with me. I was helped by one of the owners who was very kind.

Sweet T’s is open 7 days a week. Hours are 10am-6pm.Sweet T’s is only located inside of Reading Terminal Market (Arch Street side of the market). Sweet T’s specialize in pies and other sweet potato desserts. Sweet T’s don’t make cookies. Only pie, cake, cupcakes, and cheesecakes. I hope this help.

When I’m nearby in the city I love stopping by for their 7-up pound cake. The sweet potato pie is amazing as well. I would definitely recommend trying it out!

Visited yesterday and purchased one of your sweet potato pies. By far, the best one I have ever tasted! The flavor was amazing you could taste every ingredient without any one overpowering the other the sweet potato, the butter, the cinnamon absolute perfection!

Strawberry cheesecake was really good. Guy was helpful.
