Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Darby Township

Went in today, 5/30/23 around 2:00 pm, place smelled disgusting like trash. I asked a staff person why the place smelled like that. She got an attitude with me and said I don 't know . Like are you serious right now!? You 're trying to serve food to people and your business smells like 5 day old cabbage that was left in the sun but you 're upset with me for asking a question. Absolutely terrible, I will never return to this establishment again.

Slow service I ordered online pickup they said ready by 1:20 I really got my smoothie by. 1:59. I thought ordering online there would be a smooth transition but no still took even longer than walk-in ordering. Staff is polite and consistent in completing orders outside and inside .always a long wait

Mocha madness was delicious and the perfect wake up. salad will be great for lunch later

This was really good! The smoothie was huge and delicious and the three cheese chicken quesadilla was so yummy I ate it cold. Shout out to the fire roasted salsa

The staff here lack customer service. Also, this location will constantly substitute items without your knowledge or consent so I strongly suggest checking your mobile orders BEFORE LEAVING the store. I ordered a detox green smoothie once and they did not add the extras I PAID FOR chia, flax ginger)!
