A great moment! My son's gift for my birthday: a success! A neat traditional setting, a true cuisine, a real cook, a friendly service: everything was perfect! The cook had the kindness to prepare macaroni gratins to accompany our andouillettes (perfects) served individually in traditional oven dishes with their delicious mustard sauce! A special mention for the canut brain, traditional Lyonese cheese, served in an unpublished form: in a gratinated dish with homemade vinaigrette, garlic and fresh cébette: a treat! Always nice to meet professionals passionate about their profession!
