Dairy Queen - Darien

Ice cream served that was melting before exiting the store and a blizzard that was like liquid when walking out. Either they need to adjust equipment or to teach the teenagers how to properly serve ice cream. Being this was this bad, I cannot imaginewhat a burger would be like! I will get ice cream across the road from the Darien Georgia location.

They were out of everything I wanted. From tenders, chicken bites to bananas.. was not a good experience and had to have 3 different work call box during my order. Every time I ordered that person had to leave to see if they had it and someone elsewould come back and get on speaker. Took 18 minutes to order and get food with no wait in line.

I never experienced racism, until I went to this restaurant a couple days ago. I?m still highly offended and just hurt. I went there 15 min before opening and waited in the drive thru until 11 am. When I 1st pulled up they told me their were closed, Isaid I know I?m just waiting. 11am hit they told me they?re still closed and will be for a while. I was confused and said okay.Then I noticed people in the the dine in area so I parked then went inside, and the whole staff looked at me and rolled theireyes. It was 3 people in line , when it was my turn they said I?m sorry we?re only serving ice cream. I said I thought you guyswere closed? They ignored me and asked me what I wanted. I said nothing now and left. I don?t understand why they lied to me theonly thing I can think is it?s because the color of my skin. I?m still deeply hurt and offended.

OUTSTANDING! Awesome friendly customer service, something that is really missing these days. Restaurant lobby was clean, another thing you don?t find often these days. Highly recommend if you?re traveling I-95 near Darien I suggest stop and have a greatexperience. Food was fresh and brought to our table quickly. The folks here are doing things they way they should be done.

This is the Dairy Queen Experience I remember as a kid. Health Score 100% !!! YAY! Clean bathrooms and lobby. Friendly staff. Ordered #9, #10, and 1 Chili Cheese Dog $25.12. Onion rings, Fries, Burgers and Dog were all delicious, hot andfresh. Will be back!
