Fratelli Fresh Darling Harbour

Our only problem was Open Table not notifying the restaurant of our booking. The restaurant was really good about it and managed to fit us in. Thank you Fratelli Fresh Staff

On arrival our booking could not be found. Was eventually seated. Had to ask for menus after being seated for min. Drinks were ordered and arrived later after asking waiter if we were getting drinks. Food arrived after another We have been seated for over an hour and just got our food. Absolutely no idea. Stay away!!!

Really enjoyed our first visit to Fratelli Fresh in Darling Harbour and it will be on our radar when next in the area. The level of service surprised us considering how busy the restaurant was on Monday night.

A nice spot, but my reservation wasn't at the desk when I arrived which was disappointing considering I had an overseas guest with me. The overseas guest also had a terrible time finding the spot so perhaps better signage in the area should be considered. The specials were also not provided to us and just happened to spot them in someone else's hands in the queue. The pasta special was rather bland which was also disappointing.

Upon arrival, our reservation could not be located. After some time, we were finally seated but had to request menus after waiting for 10-15 minutes. Our drinks were ordered but arrived 20 minutes later only after we inquired about them. The food took an additional 30 minutes to arrive, leaving us seated for over an hour before receiving our meal. Overall, very disappointing experience. Avoid this place at all costs!
