Bella Restaurant Wine Bar

I enjoyed the pizza at this restaurant! They use Caputo flour, which is definitely the best flour out there. The toppings were fresh and the vegan pizzas were delicious. However, I can't give it 5 stars because the service was lacking due to the waitress having a bad attitude. Also, sitting in the room above the pizza oven made it very smoky and hot, and we ended up smelling like food when we left.

Diego is an exceptional waiter and manager who takes great care of his customers, being attentive, accommodating, and overall wonderful despite handling all the duties by himself. He is enthusiastic about the restaurant and the Sunday afternoon jazz. The pizza is outstanding and the atmosphere is delightful. Unfortunately, it's unfortunate that you can't order Mad Pizza Darlinghurst pizza through food delivery services, even though it is listed on their websites. This issue needs to be resolved. Although I had a previous experience where Diego mentioned they don't deliver, it doesn't change my 5-star rating of the restaurant.

The pizza at this restaurant is overall good, with a nice dough and crust. I appreciate that they offer the option of half and half toppings. However, I found the toppings to be a bit sparse for the price, so I deducted a star.

Had a lovely dine in dinner experience thanks to Diego. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. He even made a bespoke Limoncello drink for me which was incredible. I’d highly recommend doing half and half too I went for the Hot D*mn!! Otto Bianco. The pizza was cooked to perfection and they were generous with the toppings.

This is a nice casual place for lunch or dinner with friends. You can enjoy dining indoors or outside. Love the $13 half-pizza lunch specials which are a bargain and a major drawcard. There are plenty of pizza choices to choose from, they are decent tasting and wait time isn't long.
