Lord Roberts Hotel - Darlinghurst

I had low expectations. I had read the previous reviews and I was not too sure. I was wrong. eating came quite fast and tasted good. I ordered a chickenburger. the chicken was moist and soft. the chipotle aioli was great with a good hit. the service came with a smile. I'm back.

A good pub if they are looking for an unpredictable mood with a solid beer selection! That's great. perfect for a afternoon drink that turns into a few more!

Coke heads. all em. from the owners to the personal. köche cool. nuien youngs cool. the rest of the cok heads. go in and ask them for a bag over the bar and they will get through the atm where there are no cameras.

Decent bar on the stanley road. the wee are quite good value for money, as they also have a bottle shop. service is a hit or miss, depending on who serves it.

Whenever we have dinner in nearby Stanley street we often find ourselves in Lord Roberts for a pre-dinner drink. No frill unpretentious pub that doesn't have craft beer nonsense. I even had dinner once at upstairs rooftop dining area. I had steak with red wine jus, wasn't too bad! Will continue to pop in for a quickie!
