I placed my order at the drive-thru and the young lady taking the money was very friendly and polite, definitely deserving of 5+ stars. However, the young lady at the order pickup had a very unpleasant and careless attitude. She gave me a small coffee when I had ordered a large one. When I tried to inform her, she didn't give me a chance to and I ended up just taking the small coffee and leaving. I plan to give them another try for a re-service test, hoping that the employee with the bad attitude is not working that day.

They definitely care about the work that they do around

The staff at the restaurant was clearly struggling to keep up with the high number of customers, and this was reflected in their less than friendly attitude towards guests.
