Nando's - Darlington

Love Nando’s anyway but Nandos Darlington have got to be one of the most generous business around, they kindly donated to my charity event and I have seen donations from them at many other charity events too! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Never been a fan of spicy food so wasn't holding out for amazing grub. But I was pleasantly surprised, we went to Nando's Darlington as it opened and was greeted by a smiling waiter who explained everything we needed to know about our first visit and showed us to our seats the area was nice and clean and the decor to match was a lovely touch nice colours and fixtures. The food I ordered was a non spicy mild mango butterfly chicken burger with peri peri chips and omg it was beautiful delicious I even had a splash of ready available sauce from mild to extreme yes I went for mild while Amy went for medium she had some chicken on thigh bone that was a medium spicy and she loved it as well as the mild spicy rice. I never thought I would enjoy Nando's as much as I did but really impressed with the food and the staff. Many thanks

I visited Nando’s in Darlington for the first time today at noon with my daughter and her friend. As soon as we arrived, a staff member greeted us at the door and seated us at a lovely table by the window. We placed our order at the cash register, where a very friendly young girl engaged my daughter in conversation. The food was served surprisingly quickly, even though the restaurant was quite busy. I ordered the Slendering Huhn, coleslaw, and peri-peri chips, which were delicious. The portions were generous, and we were so full that we couldn't manage dessert afterward. Throughout our meal, several staff members checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory and offered to bring us anything else we needed. One of the assistants, Rebecca, even refilled my lemonade for me! Overall, I found the service to be fantastic, the atmosphere inviting, and the staff extremely friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place!

What an incredible experience! I reserved a table for our daughter's birthday, and the entire staff went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived until we left, they were the most attentive restaurant staff I have ever encountered. They not only took our order at the table—something that's not typical at Nando's—but they also made sure that everyone in our party was happy. They even brought out the birthday cake with candles! Everything was fabulous, and I highly recommend this place. I'd like to especially acknowledge Kaylum, Becky, Kieran, and their manager Chantelle for their outstanding service.

I had the best meal I've had in a long time! The staff were friendly, and the prices were great. I would definitely recommend it!
