New Thai Kitchen - Darlington

I placed an order online but never received it. They are dishonest and thieves. They took my money and kept claiming that my order was in the kitchen, then later said it was on its way, but they never delivered the food. They stopped answering calls after that. This restaurant is fraudulent.

The food was delicious, the service was quick (ordered takeaway) and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Thai cuisine.

We have been a few times to this takeaway and each time we arrive they open at different times, don't answer the phone and don't have food ready on time it's a shame because the food is actually decent!

I love Thai food, especially coconut rice, but this takeaway is awful. The rice was swimming in coconut milk, making it more like rice slop, that's the only way to describe it. The beef in my main dish was chewy and grisly and there were far too many wedges of ginger included in the dish. I wouldn't recommend this place, and I certainly won't be going back.

Took away from New Thai kitchen a few times now and food has always been good. Quality is above average for a takeaway standard and portion is big
