Cubana - Darmstadt

The city darmstadt it is a few years since my last visit cu bana the Cuban theme cocktail bar restaurant in the city darmstadt. we visited Sunday after the church is the interieur style of a bar decorated in the city of havanna, a...wall is full of photos of a fidel alejandro castro ruz the Cuban president, the restaurant is divided into two rooms that one on the back was open to the sun with its folding doors. it was back to the diet tonight, so the choice was an salat I decided on a colorful salat with thunfish, the thun fish was very much full and the salat was colorful carrots earlyling wobbly salat tomatenei cheese and not forget the gurke plus dressing. the service our waitress gave was good. this is the best Cuban restaurant in which I was, it is the only, but it is worth visiting and I will return.

Cubana in darmstadt serves good food to very cheap trips. the decor is very interesting and almost quirky. they will not find good food here, but they will get a good tasty meal in fun environment. Try it!

High quality authentic Cuban cuisine in an atmosphere that transports it back to old Cuba. excellent food, extensive drinks menu.

Its marketed as a Cuban place, and the decoration at least tries. eating was everywhere, didn't seem to be very Caribbean or Cuban, but then I've never visited Cuba. we had some so-called tapas that were nothing like the tapas they got in a decent tapas restaurant, not to mention cities like barcelona. it was usually a bit sweet and cautious and so. her mojito was good, and they have at least a nice selection at havanna club.

We stopped off for coffee and drinks whilst we were out and subsequently decided to have dinner. We ordered 3 x pizza and 1 x salad an easy thing to make you would think. 70 minutes after ordering our food we asked for our...bill and left without eating as the meals had still not arrived. In the time we were waiting we witnessed 1 table get their meals, and they were already seated when we arrived, so heaven knows how long they had been waiting. The waitress apologised after 50 minutes and again 10 minutes later when we said we were going to leave if the food was not going to come soon. Perhaps they could take a long time on a weekend, but this was a Tuesday night and they were not busy at all. When we finally decided we had waited long enough our waitress said they had started making our food. Sorry not good enough. Not even a complimentary drink or some pretzels and nuts on the table to fend of starvation! Very disappointing for us and embarrassing for our hosts who recommended it. Drinks were very expensive despite 3 being non-alcoholic. I would not recommend to anyone.
