Kfc - Dartford

We just got off the train after a full day out. Ordered food and asked to use the loo. Told the toilets were under maintenance, asked to use disabled toilet and told that’s also under maintenance and advised to use McDonald’s toilets. No receipt was printed so didn’t have the correct details to fill out the survey.

We had the misfortune of going into Dartford KFC this evening. What a disaster. My wheelchair bound wife was desperate for the toilet but they were out of use. It was cash only as machine off line (who carries cash these days) and there were no cold drinks as fridge was off. I ordered two pieces of chicken and fries and a fillet burger and fries. The fries were luke warm and hard so I returned them only to get hot ones and hard. The chicken pieces were very greasy and the fillet burger was overwhelmed with mayo and a soggy bun. We will never go there again.

Went to the Darrford KFC and order a Zinger burger and 3 mini fillet burgers, stupidly didn't check my order before leaving the restaurant, which on reflection I should of done because the staff were so busy laughing and joking, very clearly not doing they job. I got home and had a cold Zinger burger and 3 fillet stripes. My son took the order back, he spoke to the manager who offered no apology, and had a terrible attitude. She replaced the fillet burger, then told my son that it would take 10 mins to replace the Zinger burger. My suggestion to anyone wanting a KFC too avoid the Dartford branch as it has clearly gone massively down hill.

Food was ordered and delivered without fault... received the food which was very expensive.. £36 with delivery) the chips were undercooked, the bucket of chicken was not a variety it was all wings with very chicken on the bone. 3 children left the dinner table very disappointed and with empty stomachs... the popcorn chicken was the only thing that got eaten. Will never order from here again.

Ordered a takeaway on just eat waiting over 1 and half hours then the the app said it has been delivered but not food had turned up then I personally had to go down the restaurant myself and they didn’t really care what what’s going on they made my food there and then told me it was cooked fresh but it wasn’t it was stone cold only about 10 Chips in each box covered in grease I will never be ordering from them ever again and really advise no one else to either because it’s not the first time it’s happened really disappointed
