The restaurant was very clean and the buffet had a great choice. the whole food was hot and very tasty. we'd eat here again.
It became apparent that the restaurant was hosting a private event rather than being fully booked as we had initially thought, and had we known this beforehand, we would have been less disappointed. Nevertheless, the food was delicious and the standout of the evening was our waiter, Ashley. He went above and beyond to accommodate my allergy and was incredibly attentive and personable throughout our meal. His excellent service truly made our dining experience a memorable one. Thank you, Ashley.
Four of us went to this restaurant located in the hotel, but we were disappointed when the chicken skewers came out raw. Despite the waiter apologizing, there was no discount offered as we were all served at different times. The rest of the food was better and the desserts were enjoyable. The restaurant is set up as a buffet and is frequented by workers and guests of the hotel, which can ruin the atmosphere. The attempt to create an à la carte dining experience is not successful, as the bright lights and noise from the buffet area detract from the overall feeling. The food looks nice, but the flavors are lacking. Overall, we left feeling very disappointed. It would be better for the Hilton to separate the buffet area from a standalone à la carte restaurant to improve the dining experience. This could attract locals, as there is limited competition in the area. Fast food chains like Bluewater and pub grub like The Wharf are not ideal options.
The service is not at the level expected from a Hilton restaurant. I have been there twice this week. The first time the waiter forgot my drink, the second time the food was really bad: tastes like a frozen meal from a supermarket. Truly a...bad experience.
