While I empathize with the customers, they should also consider the business perspective. I highly recommend the hibachi soup and pork gyoza. I ordered the sirloin steak with chicken hibachi. My first impression was that the chicken could use a bit more seasoning, the rice was slightly cool, and the steak was a little tough. However, all the meal components came together well. The staff is truly amazing, and having been to several high-quality places like Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant in Boston, I believe they deserve more recognition than they receive online. I get where the criticism is coming from, but perhaps they could re-evaluate their policies to enhance the pricing and overall experience for customers. Personally, I had a wonderful experience with attentive staff and plenty of delicious food. The hibachi soup is a must-try for mushroom and crab lovers. My partner also enjoyed the drinks. Alyssa was our server, and she was fantastic! My entire family felt relaxed and welcomed. Overall, the food was quite good. I particularly love sushi. However, the hibachi steak was a bit tough and didn't seem to be the sirloin steak that was advertised. The broccoli was delicious, but the zucchini was somewhat bland. I also missed the lively hibachi presentation I'm accustomed to from other restaurants—there was no volcano of flames and no tossing food in the air. Despite this, Alyssa's excellent service and the overall quality of the food mean that we will definitely return.
