Boston Pizza - Dartmouth

Our service when we came here was totally awesome!! I got a set of three pizzas and when they came out they were hot and fresh. Best experience i’ve had for a Boston Pizza lol.

Food was great. Had the kick'n Memphis chicken. Came hot and was pretty damn good. Not the typical team of pleasant waitresses but what looked like a couple of managers scrambling to get things done. There were a number of tables around us where there were order mistakes. Service took a really long time and just not the attention you would expect to get. Being fair and eyes open it's clear to see that this location was struck by staffing challenges and were doing the best they could with what they had. It won't stop me from going again I just couldn't based on the experience give this a better rating. Hopefully next time we frequent this location things are in a better situation for them.

I do not recommend ordering delivery from this restaurant. I have been waiting for my order for 2 hours with no communication from the restaurant about the delay. When I called them, they simply said the delivery is backed up with no offer to resolve the situation. I am concerned that by the time I receive my food, it will be cold or have been sitting out for too long.

Just stopped in here to have lunch with a friend. I ordered from the lunch menu loaded fries, tacos with a side of onion rings. It was ok. The kids got things from the kids menu and they were satisfied.

Stopped in today after a very busy day with hopes of having a break and a good meal . But unfortunately there wasn 't much of a break and the meal was not very good at all. We ordered ribs and sides cactus chips and onion rings both of which were extremely soggy and dripping with grease . Could not either either and the ribs themselves were sub par for sure as well. We also ordered the hungry carnivore which was good and hot but tasteless , not impressed at all ! Our server was excellent as she asked if we would like to order anything else or different sides but at that point my girlfriend was too disgusted. The bill came to over $70.00 which included 2 drinks plus a tip for the server . Which is very expensive for what we got and the poor quality of the food. There will certainly not be a return trip to this location for us that 's for certain . I certainly don 't recommend this place.
