Contribuisci feedbackThe staff here was great and the food was good, but I probably won't return. Why? The ketchup situation. Taking kids to a restaurant where ketchup is limited and hard to access just isn't worth the trouble. It feels like the owners are being penny-wise but pound-foolish. I’m sure the staff would have happily given me more ketchup if we’d asked, and they were very friendly. But honestly, who wants to go up and ask for condiments? There are plenty of fast food places nearby. I think I’ll be skipping this Harvey's in the future. With my family not coming back, you’ll likely save on ketchup packets—so I guess you can thank me for that?
I hope my feedback can contribute to improvements; empty apologies won't solve these problems—what’s needed is real action. Hopefully, this will prevent more potential customers from feeling compelled to leave without ordering.
I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru after placing my order, and I was told it was because everything is made fresh. I ordered two original burgers with cheese and bacon, but when I received my order, neither burger had cheese or bacon, and one had pickles, which I didn't ask for. The fries were also cold. I definitely won't be coming back anytime soon.
I was quite disappointed. Harvey's has always stood for reliable quality, but this location is clearly falling short of those standards. In short, I ordered a blueberry shake, but received a Coke instead, and no solution was provided for this error. Moreover, the burgers were made carelessly—they were incredibly messy, soggy, and undercooked.
Eventually, a female manager came over to address my concerns and promised to resolve the issue by offering me a complimentary meal. She acknowledged my feedback and apologized for the unsatisfactory service I had received. Though I appreciated her kindness, I must say that I will not be returning to this restaurant. It's essential for the staff to be adequately trained on discounts and the use of scene points, as well as to uphold good personal hygiene when interacting with customers, especially in a food setting.
