I was there for drinks with a friend on Thursday, Jan I believe our server’s name is Derissa and I can’t say enough good about her! She was so pleasant, efficient and went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after....She is truly an asset to this restaurant which I had never been to before. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely go back. This lady deserves praise

We ordered delivery for people. One of the orders came with only half of the dish, I’m talking fish and chips with no chips. How does that happen? It’s a pandemic, most of your business is probably delivery and take out, and you send...out an order that’s not even close to complete? This is not the first time they’ve screwed up but we have kept giving them chances because, well we’re kind of limited for options, but seriously Jack Astors, do better. Train your employees better, pay them more so they actually care, whatever you need to do, but do better.
