Lindt Chocolate Shop Dartmouth Crossing

I love this store! What's not to love?! The chocolate is amazing, the service is super friendly and helpful and oh, did I mention the chocolate is amazing : If you like Lindt chocolates, try this store. The prices are decent too!

Had an exceptional shopping experience today at Lindt in Dartmouth Crossing with my two sisters who were visiting from Cape Breton (they are so sad there’s not a Lindt store in Sydney). When we left the store, the 3 of us all said that every person in customer service should be like Chris. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about al of their products that we ended up purchasing much more than planned and left so pleased and entertained.

I had the pleasure of meeting Lindt employee, Chris as he was coming around to all the Dartmouth Crossing businesses. He was the perfect compliment to the sweet Lindt chocolates he was sampling. He spoke so excitedly and also knowledgeably about the product I was excited to come in and purchase — the store is great and Chris is the best !

Have give a shout out to the Fantastic Customer Service today from CHRIS in the Dartmouth Crossing location, He was friendly, knowledgeable, smart, funny and made our shopping experience much more than just buying a treat !! Every retail store needs a Chris on staff. We will be back !!
