I got my food through skip which was a mistake. They took so long to deliver I was afraid the food was going to be terrible. I was wrong. The food was amazing. This was my 1st experience with Mezza and won't be my last. Thank you so much for the fantastic food. My only complaint was the price but I wanted to try it!!

Went to this location last week with my friend. Lady in the back never came out from the back to acknowledge our presence. The other guy was taking out garbage and did not even acknowledge our presence either. Not even a word to say either of them would be right with us. We waited for 10 minutes to give them the benefit of the doubt but nothing. As we left store we said to the young man outside is there no one able to take our order? His reply was what and he kept on taking boxes out to garbage truck. I was very upset over this unprofessional treatment and until this I had never experienced this before from this store. It would be lovely if you can ensure your staff acknowledge all customers coming into your store no matter what because this is a practice that allows customers to know that you see them and will be with them shortly. Now please know this was only 2 of your staff and not all. A very disappointed customer who has not gone back since. ?‍
