We called at 4:30pm when they opened and got a reservation for 11 people at 6pm. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and we were all very satisfied. The only downside was that there were no traditional German desserts (although I enjoy a good cream brulee), so we would love to see Black Forest cake and Apfelstrudel added to the menu. I ordered the Alsace carving with a side of the house-made sauerkraut!
I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. It was small and cozy, the service was exceptional, and the food was delicious. The other customers were friendly and even gave me recommendations. Our server went above and beyond by noticing I drank a lot of water and bringing me a larger glass. This is true hospitality! She was fantastic, and I will definitely be back for more delicious dishes in the future.
