Service was quick and pleasant. The drinks are fairly priced unlike most places now a days who are happy to charge you $15 for a $5 beer. Don’t bother venturing into Halifax looking for good Indian food when the best in the province is in Westphal. Love you guys and hope you soon get the recognition you deserve Vegetarian options: No shortage of veggie dishes
It was good. Mostly rice and a small portion of butter chicken. Samosas were tasty.
Ordered take out from here last night, spent a little over $100. The garlic Nann and rice was just OK. The veggie samosa was tasty. Paneer butter Masada had very little panner but tha sauce was tasty. The veg Kuruma was almost all peas , no one really liked it. The aloo mutter was all liquid, 4 potatoes and a couple of other veggies, this was the worst dish of all as it was almost all liquid. Sandbar also did not have much substance, I feel they skimped on everything, a total waste of money. I ate here a couple of times when it first opened and it was delicious. I was excited to see more vegetarian options on the menu. Definitely do not recommend, there are much better places to eat Indian food.
When you see an Indian restaurant with lots of Indian customers, it generally means that the food will be properly Indian. The Spice Hub never disappoints! Well worth travelling for!
