Subway - Dartmouth

I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru of this restaurant. When I informed the employee that I was ordering several subs, she put me on hold and didn't realize her microphone was still on. She then proceeded to speak negatively about me to her coworker in a very rude and annoyed tone, suggesting that I should just come inside. I pointed out that her microphone was unmuted and explained that I had just returned from sledding with my kids, who were cold and wet. This was exactly why I chose the drive-thru instead of taking them out of their car seats to go inside. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but also quite disrespectful. While I understand that work can be stressful, it's essential to maintain professionalism and be aware of your surroundings. Thankfully, there are many other Subway locations, so I would recommend steering clear of this one.

I am currently at the restaurant, and they are not serving me my subway, even though there are still 15 minutes left until closing time.

The assistant manager displays a rather petty demeanor. She dismisses employees solely based on her personal feelings towards their friends, which fosters an unprofessional and highly toxic atmosphere. This behavior negatively impacts the reputation of the Subway franchise as a whole. I cannot recommend this location.

Windmill Subway is now under new management, and the service was excellent during my visit today. The drive-thru is also open!

I had valid personal reasons for not being able to walk inside, and being told to do so felt somewhat discriminatory. Frustrated, I decided to take my business to another drive-thru. There's nothing that should prevent a customer from ordering three subs at the window, especially when no one else is being served at that time.
