Usta Turkish & Mediterranean Restaurant

The service at this restaurant is excellent, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the Mediterranean food is truly delicious. It is amazing. They also took great care of our table.

I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service and attention to detail at Usta. The lentil soup, which I was hesitant to try, was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The appetizers were flavorful and perfectly portioned, and the baklava was the best I've ever had. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try - you won't be disappointed!

Great little spot, the appetizers were great! the main was fantastic and the service was wonderful, we will go back in spite of it.

One of the best restaurants on the Dartmouth side of the harbor is Sand, although it may not be easy to find. Located behind Finbars Pub, most people know of its location. The mixed meze plate is excellent; my partner even had it as their main dish. I tried the Turkish version of spanakopita and found it delicious. For my main dish, I had a succulent lamb kebab. The wine list, although small, is very affordable. Overall, visitors will not be disappointed with their experience at Sand.

I've lived in Portland Hills for years now and just discovered this hidden gem. My son I ordered the Set Menu for Two and really enjoyed trying all of the different offerings. The Mixed Meze Plate was a favorite and the Kebabs were...really good. Portions were generous and we ended up with leftovers for another meal. Staff organized contactless trunk service for take-out. Would definitely recommend.
