Old Door Hostel - Datong District

I stayed over the old door hostel during my Taiwan visit. Great location, easy walk to the Taipei main train station only 5 -10 minutes, hope on bus, but very expensive also taxi 's so use train services. Very cheap only under a dollar. Food is the other thing you need to explore in Taiwan.

Out of all hostels in Taiwan it was my favorite! Extremely friendly staff, so kind and attentive. Amazing breakfast, clean rooms and feels like home vibe. And of course location is unbeatable

This is the very first time I lived in a hostel. Everything is perfect in OLD DOOR. Super clean environment, thoughtful hosts, and tasty breakfast. I have already booked two nights for my next trip to Taipei. Highly recommend!!

One of the best hostels ever. Clean and spacious rooms. Good facilities and they have bidets. Best location ever (seriously), right next to the entrance to Taipei mall and the metro and airport trains.

Wow, this place really blew my mind. It's a small and extremely cozy hostel driven by a super friendly couple. It's newly opened and you will always meet them here with a smile. They have a good selection of craft beer and good coffee. Beds are comfy and I had very good sleep here. No noise from outside. Bathroom facilities are very good and clean, even Japanese toilets. I can really recommend this place and I will definitely use them again when I go back. Not only because it's a nice and clean place, but also because the kindness of the owners. Location is also perfect. Close to MRTs
