The breakfast sandwich, while fine, left a bit to be desired. It was competently made with fresh ingredients and served on nicely toasted bread, but it lacked the seasoning that could have elevated it from good to great. A touch more salt and perhaps a more generous helping of dressing or sauce would have added the moisture and flavor complexity that was missing.Price-wise, expect to spend about $20-30 per person, which is reasonable for the quality of food and coffee on offer. It's worth noting that while Crema provides a satisfying meal, it doesn't offer a full brunch experience. This isn't necessarily a drawback, as it makes the cafe a good spot for those looking for a lighter, quality breakfast without the commitment to a full brunch.
Food is overpriced, service is terrible. It’s clear their system isn’t working, even when it’s slow. Staff is confused and inefficient. Expect to wait 30 minutes for a drink or a simple dish.
I loved the lax bagel and also had the acai bowl. I liked the kind of terrace inside the building. The only thing I don’t like is that you need to order at the counter but still a 5 star experience from my perspective as the food was good and the quantity sufficient.
Stopped by for a to-go coffee while we were walking around South Beach. Popular place, and with good reason: contemporary decor, friendly staff, good coffee!
