At $37.00 for an entree, Nemo should really be embarrassed. If we were from Omaha instead of Manhattan and our seafood experience consisted solely of Mrs. Paul's frozen fish sticks, we might have thought, "Well, it was pricey, but at least the fish only had a slight fishy smell." We voiced our concerns, but there was no apology or any effort to make it right. I recommend steering clear of this tourist trap!
This is our favorite restaurant of all time. The tuna is absolutely amazing—it's definitely the best you'll find anywhere. The sea bass and red snapper are also delicious! The service is consistently good, and the atmosphere is wonderful, especially under the lit tree on the outdoor patio.
The service was by far the worst we’ve encountered on the beach. Our waitress didn’t check on us even once—she failed to ask if everything was okay, if we needed refills, or whether we wanted dessert or coffee. Instead, she spent the entire time chatting with the chef. When I brought my concerns to the absent manager, he apologized but offered no compensation and proceeded to scold the waitress in front of us, which only earned him glares in return. Establishments like this tarnish the reputation of Miami Beach. The manager should be embarrassed by this experience. I highly advise against dining at this restaurant.
