Size of the bowl was great. First time order, have had poke a million places and my to-go order was delivered warm, soggy, and the poke was covered in a peanut type sauce over tuna and I asked for spicy aioli sauce. I’m starving at an art show and was disappointed. Couldn’t finish. I don’t know why they did that. Great menu pics but poor quality. :

I will love to give the 0 stars! I canceled my Uber order in less than 30 seconds and they charge me for the whole dish and they did not make any attempt to contact to tell me the food was ready or done to delivered. It’s a rob!

They're bowls are good However their proportions have gone down for the large bowl. They're protein options have changed online. Ordering online is a hassle through DoorDash because it's always giving you an error, and it's not a DoorDash issue that they can fix, it's through the store. Impossible to order over the phone because they never answer. Door dash has tried getting a hold of them multiple times to address the issue and they also never answer.

The food here is really good. A bit expensive but fresh and flavorful. I often order this place for delivery, this time i decided to go eat there, it 's located inside Alton Food Hall which has a cool cafeteria vibe but is still a work in progress and has a lot of empty spots. They advertise about 20 restaurants online and only had 5 to choose from when we went including 2 that were from upstairs which are closed kitchens that work for pick-up only. We ordered something from each of the 3 you could sit down at and this is the only one worth mentioning. We split a large bowl with salmon/tuna. They were out of wakame but had all the other traditional toppings. They limit how many you can have though and avocado is of course extra so our one bowl was 22$ The fish was fresh though and the staff is nice. I 'm sure we 'll order it again for delivery but i doubt we go back to the food hall, lincoln eatery has more options and a better atmosphere
