Its good place to stay if you are with ur parent or family to find quiet place and wonderful view really really nice. Wifi had problem few days but fixed which will be fine for next who are willing to stay in the future!

The (German) management of this hotel fails to understand the basics of running one of the most expensive hotels in the area and the standards of rooms and customer service that should be associated with this price point. On arrival, the room was not properly cleaned, in fact some parts of the room were clearly dated and filthy. Upon complaining to the staff and demanding compensation, they said they would talk to the owner /manager. Then they called me to say the manager refused any form of compensation. So I said I wanted to talk to him. In the three minutes it took me to reach the reception area, he was already gone. I was told he left because he heard I was coming to talk to him and he didn’t want to speak to me. Basically he ran away like a little child. I sent two respectful emails expressing dissatisfaction and asking for compensation (or at least an apology) and received no reply. Shameful. The view from this hotel is beautiful, too bad it’s ruined by this inexcusable management behavior and room conditions.

Beautiful comfortable room. Beautifully done Pool and Resturant. Such a good value. This place deserves 5 stars. Loved it

3/5 rating. The panorama terras and balcony has beautiful views. The food is great. The rooms and bathrooms can be upgraded and renovated though. Old style furniture and looks old an bit shabby. There was a problem with ants, had like 200 of them crawling in the room, got bitten quite a lot as well. The staff at front desk is not so pleasant. We could rent bicycles for the day at the premise, that was good. Water very expensive, they do give 2 bottles each day.
