I wouldn't recommend dining here, as the experience might be quite challenging for someone who is visually impaired.

The customer service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing!!! The staff needs to understand what good customer service entails. If an item is unavailable, perhaps they should call the customer to discuss alternatives instead of just canceling the order right away? I am very dissatisfied with my experience. Disappointing. The serving at Palabok is much smaller than at other branches. Additionally, there was dirt in the soup bowl.

The restaurant adheres to security protocols, which is reassuring. The oil dressing is always a perfect complement to the dishes, but I was truly impressed by the empanada—it was absolutely delicious!
