Contribuisci feedbackThe kiosks were closed, so we had to use the drive-thru. The kids loved the unique experience since we don’t have anything like it at home. The food was good, and the milkshakes were even better. The staff wasn't particularly friendly, but we all have off days once in a while.
I was unable to place my order from the car; we had to go through the drive-thru to get our food. I’m not sure why they didn’t inform us of this beforehand, but I suspect it was due to a lack of staff.
The service was quicker, and the seating was comfortable. There was a wide variety of food and drink combinations available.
False sizes asked for a reception she said it was on the bag, it wasn't the drive day. She asked for the actual acknowledgement she leaned on the window for a few, then said oh ok and gave me the input. the shake was usually a whistle cream. half a glass. no cheese on chili cheese coney and hardly a chili on the platters. and there were like 8 tons in 1 of the ton orders
I was at this Sonic today and experienced poor management and customer service skills by the manager on duty. I ordered a meal with a large Dr Pepper. The cup was full of ice and very little Dr Pepper. I pulled up to the window to ask if they could add some Dr Pepper to the ice so I could wash my food down. The manager came out to say “they don’t do refills” lol. She said they are instructed to fill cups up high with ice. When asked how high the are supposed to fill the cups, she stated that she did not fill my cup. Her attitude was disrespectful and rude. Customer service is very poor and I would not recommend this Sonic until changes are made to their customer service.
