Contribuisci feedbackDon’t use the app to order on this place. I called to cancel the order and they haven’t refunded me the money and is been 3 weeks. I have called multiple times last time was over a week ago to ask about the refund and they say they are working on it and still nothing showing up on my back. Very disappointing!
Fresh delicious food drinks served up by friendly staff in a clean environment. I'll return to this understated wonderful restaurant.
Worst customer service. They don’t say a word to you or get a response when you say sorry thank you hi or bye or anything. My 4 year old dropped his smoothie and we kept apologizing, they just stared silently and didn’t even offer to make another one as many establishments do. It’s not expected but the nice thing to do. They don’t believe in talking and it’s just rude.
Should be less than 1 Manager thought it was more important to have a staff meeting within customer area and only had 1 employee trying to take care of customers orders. The girls were nice and the manager became hostile when I tried to explain the importance of customers being 1st. Having a staff meeting is very important at the beginning of shifts...however, there should have been a cross-over so there would be staff behind the counter assisting customers. Easy solution...have 1/2 of the staff in a meering at a time or make sure earlier shift stays over to cover. Also having staff meetings in the customer area is unprofessional. He was not interested in listening to a customer point of view, rather spewd a list of excuses and then went about his business. I had tried to ask him for a business card and was ignored so I asked the staff and they didnt know. Again he was not interested in even listening to a customer point of view and was very dismissive and refunded money....which I did not ask for nor want and then told me to leave. I gave the order money to the girl that was actually assisting me. In trying to have a conversation the manager stood so far away that it was impossible to have a quiet conversation. He continued to say how rude I was when he wouldn't even let me say anything. He just continued talking over me...that is rude and unprofessional. Apparently, based on his speaking it his wife that owns the location. Corporate should know that franchises such as this one will ruin the business as word of mouth is extremely powerful.
I used to love this place until they messed up my order first by putting chicken in a vegetarian wrap, then messed it up again on the remake by adding ranch when I specifically asked for it to not have it both times. I don’t get how they initially got that part right then didn’t the second time. Then the avocado wasn’t even smashed, but idk about the rest bc the taste of ranch is disgusting to me and I just gave up on this place after that. Edit: my boyfriend tried one more time and they didn’t even put the extra beans or roasted red pepper or any of the extra things I asked for. How the ____ do you mess up the order 3 times when it was repeated so much and you took a picture of what was supposed to go into it. Everyone here sucks now.
