Contribuisci feedbackI placed an order through DoorDash, but they weren't able to fulfill it because they said the "store is closed." It's nearly 1 PM, and when I attempted to call for clarification, they hung up on me. It looks like this location shouldn't be operating anymore.
I went to the one in Davenport, Samantha was amazing! I couldn’t figure out how to get my free smoothie for my birthday, she figured it out for me. Fast service and yummy smoothies and yummy food! I recommend this place! Thank you again Samantha!
The food is excellent, but the service could use some improvement. Whenever I go in to place an order, I get the impression that I'm interrupting the staff and their socializing.
Should be less than 1 Manager thought it was more important to have a staff meeting within customer area and only had 1 employee trying to take care of customers orders. The girls were nice and the manager became hostile when I tried to explain the importance of customers being 1st. Having a staff meeting is very important at the beginning of shifts...however, there should have been a cross-over so there would be staff behind the counter assisting customers. Easy solution...have 1/2 of the staff in a meering at a time or make sure earlier shift stays over to cover. Also having staff meetings in the customer area is unprofessional. He was not interested in listening to a customer point of view, rather spewd a list of excuses and then went about his business. I had tried to ask him for a business card and was ignored so I asked the staff and they didnt know. Again he was not interested in even listening to a customer point of view and was very dismissive and refunded money....which I did not ask for nor want and then told me to leave. I gave the order money to the girl that was actually assisting me. In trying to have a conversation the manager stood so far away that it was impossible to have a quiet conversation. He continued to say how rude I was when he wouldn't even let me say anything. He just continued talking over me...that is rude and unprofessional. Apparently, based on his speaking it his wife that owns the location. Corporate should know that franchises such as this one will ruin the business as word of mouth is extremely powerful.
The customer service here is the worst I've ever experienced. The staff doesn't acknowledge you at all, no matter how many times you say "sorry," "thank you," "hi," or "bye." When my 4-year-old accidentally dropped his smoothie, we kept apologizing, but they just stared at us in silence and didn't even offer to replace it, which many places would do as a courtesy. While it's not something you should expect, it would have been a nice gesture. It feels like they don't believe in engaging with customers, and it's simply rude.
