Contribuisci feedbackI’m going to add my own negative experience to the growing trend of poor reviews. I placed a large order online and decided to pick it up at the drive-thru. The male employee on the speaker exclaimed, “OMG!” upon seeing my order, which included around ten items—having worked in fast food, I can assure you that's not excessive. When I approached the window, a young man didn’t even acknowledge me or greet me; he simply handed me my food and drinks in silence. Despite my enthusiastic “THANK YOU!” for each item he handed over, I received no response from him. I understand that working in fast food can be challenging, but a little basic courtesy and acknowledgment is the least one should expect when someone thanks you for your service. I won’t be returning, especially since there’s a fantastic taco place just five minutes away that offers better prices and good food. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Additionally, they messed up my order and forgot two items. Great job!
I went through the drive-thru and didn't receive all of my items. I have a busy schedule and can't go back, especially since it seems that underpaid employees aren't concerned. Additionally, the food was cold.
I had a really frustrating experience at this fast food restaurant. The older staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated, which affected the service. I was waiting over 25 minutes for a DoorDash order, and although a young man at the front was trying to help me expedite it, the kitchen staff didn’t want to prepare the order. After waiting so long, I had to let the young man know that if they weren't going to make it, I would just cancel the order. He spoke to them and returned to tell me they still wouldn't make it, so I decided to leave. It was a big waste of my time, and I could have been making money elsewhere.
Good day to all, I am unbelievably sadend by the fact that it took the workers 34 minutes to produce my order of 1 drink. Each worker moved with no gusto and took way longer than they should have to complete my order. It came to the point where I waswilling to leave the store without my order.
One of the managers young girl with braces seems to always be in a bad mood and speaks down to the employees and treats customers poorly. Everytime that I've come to grab some food for my family that she is working you can easily notice how unhappyeveryone working with her are feeling. I worked in fast food for about 5 years so I understand how difficult and stressfulworking in the fast food industry can be but having a poor attitude only makes it more difficult for you and the team that youwork with. I recommend anyone in Management to always self reflect and look to make things better, focusing on the solution morethan at the problem and in doing so you will be surprised how much better and less stressful you will feel when you have the buyin, trust, and respect of your peers.
