Huku Japanese Bistro - Davis

Hi, everything is very fresh and the sushi rice is never dried out. I love their homemade pickles and their vegetarian rolls are fun and yummy.

Power roll is always amazing! It is a meat roll so the taste is different than the usual roll but still top. First time trying the Fantasy and that is great too

Always fresh and super yummy sushi. I personally don't like the LionKing roll which is baked and presented as a unique block, so you actually eat it with a spoon. But if you are looking for good sushi this is the best place in Davis.

I ALWAYS order the 2 Item Bento (Chicken Teriyaki) and a side of Croquette, no matter if it's lunch or dinnertime. Huku is by far the BEST Japanese restaurant I have ever been to (and I've been to a lot). I won't eat anywhere else now. Their food is always so FRESH, so DELICIOUS, so VIBRANT, and their customer service is AMAZING!! I highly RECOMMEND Huku to everyone, my family, friends and strangers!! Bravo Huku, keep it up!

Seafood udon was not even close to worth what it costs. I would have paid the price of a top ramen2.50 for this dish. I am angry I paid for a delicious meal and received something sub par. Two shrimp, two undersized scallops, two shreds of imitation crab, and udon noodles..... o can understand our economy is struggling but good godly at least give me less and better quality that a whole bunch of trash . Do t spend your money here. I am all for supporti g your local businesses but this one is dishonest and belly up already .
