We spoke to the manager, who promised to expedite our order, but the service did not improve. Despite the lack of customers, the management and service were both terrible. I would not recommend this place.
I decided to dine at this restaurant because the other breakfast spot in town was too busy. We were told there was a 20-minute wait for a table, but we were seated in 10 minutes, which seemed promising. However, it took the waitress ten minutes to come take our order and we ended up waiting 45 minutes for our food. There were no drink refills, no explanation for the delay, and tables that arrived after us were served before us. When we asked the head waiter about the issue, we were told there had been a major backup but our order was next. Despite this, we still did not receive our food or refills, and after watching numerous GrubHub orders go out the door, we decided to leave along with three other tables after an hour. To top it off, the ice machine was broken, so all the drinks were warm and we were unable to get water or refills. Overall, it was a horrible experience and we will not be returning.
I placed an online order on Monday, 9/19 at 9pm. I was impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness of the young man who attended to me at the front and brought out my order. It's rare to receive such great service these days. The food was as expected for IHOP, but I thought the service provided by this gentleman was exceptional.
Took my family and friends to breakfast at IHOP for first time in several years. Nice variety of breakfasts to choose from. Fast and friendly service ... Delicious food. We will be back for more next Sunday!! ????
Reliable diner with no other competition in town, so they're not exactly reaching for the stars. There's always plenty of room never a wait. And while IHOP can do cookie-cutter perfect eggs in any way you like, every time, there's just somethinglackluster about the presentation. It tastes like it looks...kinda dry and uninspired. They might want to think about smallflourishes like fresh herbs on top, or Kona coffee, say, to keep us coming back at current prices.
