The manager arrived with my meal, but I realized he didn 't read the instructions mentioned so I went inside to take care of it. Normally, I would have picked up myself, but we had our dog in the car and I didn 't want to leave my family member and dog unattended. I should have checked my order right away. Not a huge deal at all. Otherwise the food was great abd ready on time!?Parking: There is one designated parking spot with a sign for pick-up.

This is the worst sandwich place ever!!!! My son and his friends ordered online and received the order confirmation. But when they arrived at the store, the door was closed at the time of 8:40 pm. The store hours clearly says 9am-9pm and they have received confirmation via email. There was a female worker who was sweeping the floor and the door was locked, My son and his friends were outside and tried to explain the situation, but this worker told them the store closed at 8pm already. Then she refused to communicate with them further! This is ridiculous! The store hours clearly shown on the outside of the store and their orders were confirmed. How could this lazy worker do something like that?? Isn't there no store rule or policy that she should follow? They already paid for their food online, but now they were rejected by this women!!!!! To all Davis residents and UC Davis students: never ever order from this subway. This kind of restaurant needs to go! Subway headquarters should suspend the franchise license to the owner of this location! What a shame!
Very poorly managed outlet. They close the restaurant even before closing time, and service is only selectively nice.
Extremely rude staff with terrible communication skills.. I visited around 11:30 am on 28 September 2021. An Indian guy in the counter started talking to me in Hindi, assuming I don't understand English well enough.Truth is, he can barely communicate in English and doesn't even have the basic courtesy of greeting his customers. He was giving off the vibe that I was wasting his time. Sorry, not visiting this Subway again.I'm attaching a screenshot of the bill. (I didn't tip as I felt they didn't deserve it.
