Contribuisci feedbackThe managerial staff was off duty the day we had a party of 16. They only gave us one server, it took 30 minutes to get drinks. I asked to speak to the manager and the busboy never had her/him come to the table. Grossly understaffed, and horribly managed.We were there on a Saturday afternoon and there was not adequate staff. The food was decent, the staff were terrible. I guessthe manager was in the cooking our meal. What other reason did he have to not come out and speak to a customer?
The staff are SUPERB! I had an issue with my rewards and the Manager Ryan took care of it with no questions! Shawn, the Lady Bartender is always a pleasure to speak to on the phone and Tony is awesome handling the ToGo orders! You guys ROCK!!!!
Surprised of the cleanliness and great service. My boyfriend ended up getting sirloin steak and shrimp added. I got the salmon. Two things I thought we'd never order from Fridays. Impressed. 8 oz steak with small but cooked exactly to order. Shrimp smallbut he didn't complain. He's really picky. The mashed potatoes I could tell where instant but tasted fresh. I've been to severalplaces where they tasted like they've been sitting around for over a week and discolored at these chain places. The salmonportion was big and very flavorful and fresh. The jasmine rice was the most moist and flavorful as well. We also had dessertwhich was a cheesecake cinnamon bun flavored? My boyfriend ordered it. It had caramel drizzle and came with two scoops of icecream. Everything was amazing. We had originally wanted to go to Texas Roadhouse but realized they close early. I'm glad weended up at Friday's. We will be back.
The child menu has more variety than many places where we eat. the childerquesadilla and fruit were a good combination. The Spinat dip is good. the grilled salmon was good. the waiter allowed a substitution of kartoffeln for the reispilaf.
Our server was really nice, but it was really cold there, I was dissapointed that the weekly specials they use were not available for so long a few months ago. we traveled from pbg because they closed the place close to us and I loved the bar-bitte special marinatinis offered on Wednesday, so it was a summer when we arrived. but his beautiful location was the personal really friendly. I'm sorry there's no better rating, but I appreciate that there's a tgi day off. Fortunately, it was my birthday that I had set my heart, but I will effortlessly return to this place where I know what the current special menu is.
