I ordered a meal. Arancini balls and a bowl of chips as a escape with a simple parma as a net around 19.15 clock. not arrived until 8.55 as a quantity minus the chips. caveat emptor.

Great pub, very welcoming as soon as we walked in the team great. friends were already there had ordered their meals with a drink by the fire in the beer garden, it was not easy to add to us. the food...was a great choice really good prices. the whole place has a beautiful mood. definitiw will be back

Wow! What a hidden gem. The customer service was outstanding, the food was fantastic, and the ambiance was perfect. We were welcomed by a cozy fireplace and friendly staff, making us feel right at home. The food was delicious, especially the Blook which was cooked to perfection and melted in our mouths. The service was flawless, and the building itself was beautifully maintained with original features. We truly enjoyed the atmosphere the most. The owners and staff of the cricket club are the heart and soul of this wonderful place, and the reason we will definitely be returning. It feels like visiting a beloved family member who is also an amazing cook.

Group booking of 27 friends on motorbikes. Preordered our meals a few weeks before hand to enable our journey to continue without too much of a wait for meals for lunch. This worked perfectly. Meals came out quickly for all once we were seated. Meals...eaten with lots of comments that the food was delicious. Dessert menu looked tempting. Definitely recommend this pub for lunch. We plan to return and hopefully fit in desserts. Lots of parking out front available for the motorbikes. Friendly hosts.
