The service was terrible; the staff seemed lazy and had a really negative attitude.

When you go out and spend your hard-earned money on fast food, eagerly anticipating a juicy burger, it’s disheartening to find just one pickle, a wilted piece of lettuce, and what seems like a sliver of tomato. It makes me feel like I should have just gone to the store and made my own. It might have taken more time, but at least I wouldn't have wasted my money!

I used the drive-thru, and while the service was a bit slow, the staff were friendly.

Service was great but food was subpar. It did come out hot but I'm pretty sure it wasn't cooked long enough as the fries were mushy and not appetizing. Also didn't have water at the soda station, so I wasted money on a cup for nothing.

The food was served hot, and the staff at the drive-thru were friendly and efficient.
