Chipotle Mexican Grill - Dawsonville

I hadn't been to Chipotle in years, but I decided to give it a try the other day because I was craving something fresh for lunch. It was fantastic! The service was quick, the portions were generous, the staff were friendly, and the ingredients were incredibly fresh!

I initially wanted to give this restaurant a couple of chances, but after my last visit, I'm done. I ordered their excessively salty cilantro lime rice with steak and a drink, and I was really dissatisfied. That was frustrating enough, but the real issue was with the cashier! I asked very clearly if I could split the payment between cash and card. She looked confused, but took my $10 and then told me to swipe my card. I did, but she must have pocketed the $10 because my card ended up being charged the full $16! If they resolve this issue, I might reconsider, but right now, I’m extremely upset because that $10 was meant to cover most of my meal. It's completely wasted, and now my bank account is $10 lighter than I had expected.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The manager had a terrible attitude, and it seems like there are constant issues with my orders. I get lunch from Chipotlane every day, and they frequently forget items or mess things up—like burnt chicken and leaking burrito bowls. Today, I waited to speak to the manager because there were no utensils provided, but she never came to the window. Instead, a staff member who handed me my lunch had a poor attitude as well. I spend a lot of money here, and I shouldn't have to deal with burnt chicken or missing drinks, especially when I pay extra for guacamole. This place has serious problems, and when I tried to mention it, I was told they might even spit in my food. This is just unacceptable.

I?m done with this Chipotle. They gave me a small amount of food. threw it all together and then it was cold. my queso was also old and chunky. and my chips were stale. im over it.

One of the worst chipotles. We mainly order to go online. One time our burrito was just completely spit open, wrapped up and given to us, I guess knowing we won?t see it until we get home. Multiple times we have ordered veggies on our bowls and they just don?t do it. Other times they just don?t add on ingredients. They are out of guacamole a lot and in turn, you cannot order a veggie bowl which is importamt for those vegetarian customers like my wife. We live 2 mins away and the food is always cold. They also can?t seem to control how much they add of each portion to bowls as we have received bowls half the size of normal chipotles, what seems like triple the amount of sour cream, and always seem to be skimpy on meat. If you decide to go to this place, go inside so you actually watch them make your bowl so you know you getting what you want. But in the end, it?s not hard to go down the line and pick out what was ordered consistently.
