Firehouse Subs Dawsonville

So I came on Sunday 23 July and ordered the Cajun Chicken Medium Sub. When I came through my lower part, a piece of plastic had come into my lower part. I'm here and when I let Jacob know that his exact words were with me? So? Is that just the bread plate? This piece of plastic was of zero concern. That could? ve was a potential danger. I am only glad that this did not happen to a child, as this review might have been a completely different one. It's safe to say that I won't come back. I didn't even ask for a refund, I just wanted to let someone know about the security question, a small piece of plastic could possibly do.

Never will go back. Did not listen to my special instructions on my order for my son with food allergies. I got all the way home, sat down to get and his was opposite of what I asked for! I had to leave home with him sitting at the table with chips and a cookie with my husband a druve all the way to Dawsonville and all the way back home for him to have the sandwich I ordered. I called to tell them I was on the way, it was 10 till 9pm. The guy that answered said, you have to get here by 9am for us to make another one. Ridiculous! BTW: this is NOT the first time they have messed my order up.

I visit this location several times per month. Always friendly faces(behind masks of course, a warm welcome, and quick service. I have never been disappointed in the quality of their sandwiches.

Very good sandwiches here. This location has very nice and friendly staff. Fresh tasting subs made quickly and correct. (Ordered food around 8:10pm) It was a takeout order and also was reasonably priced.

Stopped in for lunch at this Firehouse location. I went with a different sandwich choice from a special they had today, a medium Reuben for $6.39. Firehouse normally offers friendly service with a clean dining room and they are fast getting you your fresh made food after you order. This location was consistent in all those areas and is a place I will return when looking for a sub.
